To install the power you run the cable behind the bed and above it and it then comes down through the top of the bed
To mount your TV you can use our included fixed bracket. If it does not fit your TV or you have another style you can also install using your own bracket (see lower down)
The mount is quite simple, and is just to keep the TV in position, so it is not set up for angling/rotating and tilting for example.
Mount on the wall bed example:
Gently screw the mount into the panel, do not over screw or you might strip the panel.
We suggest using at least 6 screws and that your TV does not exceed 40 lbs. If it is heavier than this you should consider using a larger mount or using a nut/bolt/washer that goes through to the other side:
Mount on the TV before they are connected, this will be connected from above to hang into position on the wall bed side.
Place the TV bracket on top of the bed bracket and it is not installed
Is it possible to use other TV mounts?
YES, but you have to keep in mind that this may require some other steps and tools/hardware.
A customer had asked about using this adjustable swivel mount, and this unit will work, you will need some extra mounting steps for strength and also now you must be careful when opening and closing the unit as you of course want to be 100% sure that the TV is not sticking out when rotating the unit.
If you did use a mount like the above example, you will definitely need extra hardware and to connect the unit through the panel with nuts and bolts for example, and make sure you or your installer are very confident about the strength and weighting. There are other types of bolts/nuts you can use that are more flat for a more hidden look:
Consider having the flat side on the visible bed side and the larger nut on the tv side which is covered by the TV. This will look nicer.
