The Cadence Coffee table can support heavier weights when in closed potion and when the top is lifted and extended, it will naturally carry less weight. This extended weight load is great for working on your laptop or eating a meal but it is not intended to hold heavy items when extended.

Exactly as advertised. Shipping was fast and the table arrived without any damage. Assembly was easy, but it does have some heft to it, so be aware. Only improvements I can suggest would be to round off the corners/edges of the tabletop a bit, and eliminate the styrofoam from the packaging.
The Cadence, looks great, easy to assemble, solid materials. When the table is extended up, it makes for a great work space.
