Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

I love the focal point of the red chairs at the entrance to my home. It completes the look I was hoping for and makes a cozy space to sit and enjoy the patio.
Intriguing, fun, and flexible. Too bad no folding/unfolding instructions provided
The chairs are a little hard to wrassle into shape the first time, but they are comfortable and solid on the ground. At 11 lbs, I wouldn't want to carry one in envelope form too long, but from car to some place close without too much else in your hands? Definitely doable. Because of the initial wrassle and weight I docked them a star, but the design and comfort are definitely five-star. Visually very appealing.
