A styled convertible furniture piece designed for convenience and function. Now available with a glass top. The Glass Box Coffee to Dining Table is a very adaptable table in its functionality from coffee to dining table and anywhere in between.
Extend it and raise it slightly to lap height for games night around the sofa, or raise it all the way up for dinner. The gas mechanism allows you to change the height of the table up or down from 11 inches all the way up to 30 inches. The storage area inside the table has room for 3 leaves. Add these extensions in to transition the coffee table to a larger size allowing for extra room and comfort on demand. The table comes with 3 glass extensions to elongate the table. Conserve space and enjoy a more open feel when you lower your dining table down to a minimalist coffee table with the extensions stored inside. The painted lacquer sides and minimal height help conceal the legs at the lowest level. The style on its own will evoke great impressions even before your guests discover its concealed convertible features.

Table lock and capacity
How sturdy is this table? The base is heavy and customers are often surprised by the stability. There is a horizontal lock and metal dowels that hold the extension in place (you can even lean your elbows on it!). Built for entertainment, board games, and dinners the Glass Box Coffee table is more than capable of supporting your needs with its cleverly thought out design and heavy stable base.
Cleaning & Care
Use mild cleaning agents and a soft cloth or paper towel to wipe glass and gloss panels. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
Lifting & Lowering
Lifting and lowering is assisted by 2 pistons. Most adults can lift and lower on their own. Some smaller customers might need assistance lowering the table (or may need to add some heavy books to help weigh it down). The product arrives fully assembled, just remove it from the box and the table is ready to use! The Glass table is heavier than the Wood or Glossy versions, consider a non-glass version if lifting and lowering is a concern.
Moving the table
There are 2 small wheels built into the base of the legs on one side, so you can easily move this table from room to room. Pick up the none wheel side slightly and you can now move the table.
Finishing options
Surface is a tempered glass top edge to edge. Sides are painted in a high gloss paint.
Three matching
glass extensions are included in all models. Legs are powder coated steel.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA, Canadian and EU customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.
Import Duties, tariff & taxes
For the USA and Canada there are no duties or tariffs to pay as most products are already in our North American warehouses or we have factored them in. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For European customers duties and taxes are included on Compatto, Hover, MurphySofa, Cubist, Arcova, Bunk Beds, Sofa Bunks and products with EU or Euro in the titles.
For international shipment you might have import duties, tariffs or taxes based on your specific jurisdiction. Countries regularly change their rates and rules. If you reach out to us we can attempt to calculate them, and in some cases there are no duties or taxes for your region.

The staff at the store were really friendly and helpful, they showed me all the products they have in the store and how everything worked. Had some difficulty deciding which color to pick when I was purchasing the Glass Box Coffee table, but the staff give really good suggestions and explained the return policy and everything really well. I was hesitant buying online from a company in Canada when I live in NYC but it was worth it. I've had this table for 2 months now and I love it. It expands. It can handle weight. It locks in place. My only complaint it that it comes with primitive instructions. I was redirected to a video when I mentioned this. The video was helpful to understand how the table works.
I love my new coffee table cum dining room table. It's grey-green glass surface is so elegant and beautifully holds my decor.
The chairs i bought with the set stack so neatly into a shelf at the top of the cupboard as to be invisible when not being used. I am looking forward to hosting my first big dinner on Christmas day this year!

We tried this table for some flexible seating in a cocktail lounge. Love that we can convert between coffee table and full dining and the table is beautiful.
Amazing quality . Needs a little work with the hydraulics to take up and down . Maybe after usage should improve. Got a lot of compliments on it .
It is a great table and very versatile. My only issue is that you need two people to life and expand it. I would definitely purchase this table again as it serves all of our needs.
This table really helped maximize the space we have in our apartment. We shift it around the living room to fit our needs from small dinner table where we either work or eat at, to expanded low table where we can eat at with friends in front of the tv. My only complain is that after a few months, the mechanism to lift is getting more difficult. I know that it is advised to remove the extra pieces when lifting, but that's not something I'm trying to do every time I need to lift and it was easier to lift when we first got it.
All in all, very happy with the purchase. Versatile, easy to clean, and a great table.

We recently moved into a large loft and wanted to create a "living room space" in the middle of it. We already had an amazing sofa from Expand and we opted for the gray glass expandable cube table to go with it. The table is breathtaking. We have art pieces and sculptures, and the table is more like another piece of art than just a table, yet functional. The grayish glass surface is mesmerizing. It looks like a lake at dusk when everything is quiet, and the water looks like glass against the darkening sky. It is simultaneously reserved and striking. The expandable functionality is incredible. You can regulate the height and the size. Put one leaf in, and you have a slightly larger coffee table. Put all three leaves in and you can have a dinner for ten and decide if you want regular dining chair height or set it low and eat "Moroccan style". This is a piece for all occasions and will serve for years to come. I cannot recommend this table enough.

Beautiful and eye pleasing coffee table, however not easy to lift like in video. It takes 2 people and we tired to work it everyday, however still takes 2 people.
I purchased the glass coffee table that expands to a dinner table as well as 4 white chairs from Expand and the whole experience throughout was fantastic! I wish that it had another leaf - it just comes with one leaf. So the table doesn't expand as wide as you want. Other than that - it looks great and moves up and down easily and perfectly complements my furniture. :)
