This American Sized Queen Sofa bed is space efficient opening exactly to the size of the mattress with nothing that hinders it. In terms of length you cannot get any more compact than this. The width is that of the mattress + the sofa arms. Unlike a conventional folding couch bed that uses springs and metal bars which you often feel, the Harmony Leather uses a memory foam mattress. A coil mattress when bent and slept on will distort over time, which leaves you with the infamous uncomfortable sleep so many associate with a sofa bed. Medium seat with soft back rest pillows (this combination ensures for longevity and comfort). The fabric unzips on the seating and sleeping portions, along with the cushions, so you can hand wash them, and the mattress portions are replaceable in time.
Comfort Guarantee
Based on customer feedback, we feel we have optimized the seat comfort level for the majority of people. If you are not satisfied with what we provide, after testing it, we will offer to replace the seat module one time with something either softer or firmer based on your taste.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Had a tight space in my office/guest room, and every other sofa bed option could only fit a double. With the narrow profile I was able to get the Queen I wanted. Super comfortable for guests, an attractive sofa in my office, a perfect solution!
This is the perfect size for my office/guest room. I love the look of the faux leather, it fits right in with my decor and is super easy to keep clean.
We have yet to have a guest that has needed it for a bed, but it is a very comfortable couch. The color was more orange than expected but still looks great.
I find myself living in a small bachelor apartment without room for both a sofa and bed, so I have had to compromise. My first sofa bed left me with chronic back pain, to the point that I was better off sleeping on the concrete floor. I sold it and found the Expand Furniture Harmony sofa-bed. It has a real memory-foam mattress that is not folded and mashed up, but 3 pieces jointed in a clever way to go from a good looking and comfortable sofa to a proper queen-size bed, comparable to what you can buy from any bed store.
I'm sure no sofa bed is designed for my situation where I have to open it up every day, but this one comes close. One annoyance: It needs to be pulled away from the wall when making it into a bed. it is on rigid feet that do not slide at all on even a thin carpet. I solved the problem with a set of casters; it would be nice if they came with the sofa, at least as an option. Second minor quibble: the zippers on the back of the back, that allow you to hide the cover on the top third of the bed, could be more robust. If (when?) I have to replace one, it will be a very awkward job.
Although the package arrived extremely damaged and pieces missing, Expand Furniture got us all fixed.
