Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

We replaced our couch in our music room and are beyond thrilled with our new Migliore. The quality is exceptional, the comfort outstanding and the look is better than what is shown in the picture online on the expand website. We don’t normally buy this much furniture online without seeing it in person and feeling how it is to sit on etc, but we are hooked on Expand Furniture. Every piece has surpasses our expectations and was very easy to assemble etc. If you wonder why Expand is perhaps a bit more expensive than what you wanted to spend, when you open the box and see your item you will understand. The quality is outstanding. Solid, great colors, and highly functional. We have bought 7 pieces in the last month or so and we are so happy with them. Couldn’t recommend more highly and the customer service has been exceptional as well.
We are so pleased with this sofa purchase. We purchased an extra single module to make a full "L" with a back for our den/family room. Right out of the box the first impressions are high quality, sturdiness, gorgeous leather, and fine finishing. The sofa is comfortable, roomy, and truly a show stopper.
The best part is being able to switch it up and rearrange the modules. We are building a house right now and haven't gotten a sofa for upstairs (YET! But it will be from Expand when we do!), So we moved two of the five modules upstairs so we had somewhere to sit for now. I accidentally put the middle cushion on backwards downstairs so you can see the zipper so just ignore that.
Expand customer service is extremely responsive and communicative. There were absolutely no issues dealing with them. We will be back for more.
