Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Love this table. There were no directions explaining why there were tools nor what this gray device is which was included. Also, a description of how to lift the table would be helpful.
Three suggestions:
1. Use a black table top material that does not show finger prints like the newer frigerators doors. Definitely want this option.
2. Make them expandable to 60".
3. Bring back wood tops.
4. Bring lift capability to Compass – Round Expandable Table. That is what I was trying to find when I ordered my table.
This is the perfect table for our patio. Having it adjust to height and size is perfect for our use. Arrived quickly & fully intact with no damages or issues. Very good quality and design. Highly recommend.
The Chord table in white was delivered in perfect condition and, after a quick call to ask how much pressure one should apply to lift/lower the table (when it's new, it needs some effort), we were off to the races. We are enjoying the versatility and clean modern look.
The table suits the needs for my rec room. The adjustable height makes it useful as a coffee table, dining table, and in between for working on a puzzle. Along with written instructions, the staff were helpful in answering my questions about the table, prior to and after purchase, and how to adjust the table and secure the leafs in place. The table is sturdy and armless chairs fit well around the table.
