We do this because we believe we have better products and ones that will last.
Warranty does not cover clearance items or mattresses. Placing indoor products outside may void warranty. Surface wear and tear and or misuse of products are not covered by warranty. Lifetime warranties are tied to the original purchaser/invoice and are non transferable. General hardware warranties do transfer provided you have an order number.
Returns & Refund Policy:
7 day trial with easy returnson most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Order cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before an item has shipped. Custom order items or special order items cannot be canceled.
Processing time: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to show up in your account.
International: customers outside of the USA & Canada. Sorry due to heavily subsidized costs we cannot accept returns
Environmentally conscious: We try to make sensible sustainable choices. If an item arrives damaged or defective our policy is to replace or repair the part first before replacing an entire item. Many of our furniture pieces are modular in design and some come in multiple cartons and we are able to send a part or single carton to fix it perfectly. Returning an item because of damage in transit does not waive return fees. If there is aesthetic damage that results in us replacing the item, we insist you keep the aesthetically damaged piece until the new part arrives so you can use the item while waiting on a replacement.
Order rejection: If you reject or refuse delivery of a returnable product we consider this a return and you will be charged return fees based on the product category. Refusal or rejection of non returnable products may result in extra shipping charges until final delivery is accepted
Loss of time: Sometimes mishaps happens and a carrier might miss a delivery or a carton might go missing. We are not able to cover your various possible financial losses like taking time from work or loss of revenue from a property rental. We suggest keeping your old furniture until after you have your new delivery set up. Wall bed systems and products that require assembly are do it yourself installs and we do not cover the cost of installation.
Bundle ordering & returns: We offer volume & bundle discounts. If you are purchasing multiple items for a project, please inquire or choose one of our ready made bundles like the dining sets which have discounts already applied. When purchasing in a bundle, discounts are applied to make the costs lower than the individual product costs. If you decide to return part of the bundle package you will not be returned full item value as these items were all discounted for volume. Return value will be calculated by the retail value (before discount or coupon) of all kept items subtracted from the order total. The return fee will then be subtracted for the product being returned. This measure is put in place to stop over ordering items to receive discounted rates only to return the extra items that resulted in discounts.

Tables, chairs & sofa, products come with a 3 year warranty on mechanics and hardware.
Prior to 2021 Murphy Beds came with 3 year hardware and parts warranty. Tables came with 500 day hardware and parts warranty.
