800+ lbs of distributed weight capacity can handle any meal and a whole family of elbows on the table thanks to the rotating support bar and tight extensions with snap magnets. Easy enough to be moved by 1 person: The underside of the tables legs are on wheels as well as felt sliders, so the table moves easily whether on hardwood, tile or carpet. - The support bar can be rotated to stay out of your legs way and adds extra strength. The support bar is not required for 2 extensions and under.

Mild soap and water with a micro-soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or chemicals.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

We are so excited to host family gatherings with our new Jr. Giant table set! It is beautiful, sturdy, so easy to extend and will sit 10 comfortably! On a daily basis we store the table extensions conveniently in the Occult mirror. We are so glad we decided to purchase the table set!

Very nice little table. It looks sturdy (it's heavier than I expected) and very well made with a good finish. Some of the boards don't end up perfectly flush (you see a tiny gap), but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Overall functional, well made and perfect for our small space. I previously tried to order from another company selling a similar product and I ended up cancelling because of the atrocious customer service, with this company everything was amazingly smooth and easy.
