No need to remove your papers or laptop out of the way as the desk floats and stays perfectly horizontal as the bed is lowered into sleeping position. The gas mechanism makes the wall bed desk combination very smooth and light to lift and lower. Unit comes with the wall bed and the attached desk system. *Please note the metal work is now silver/grey and not white. It is like the video*

Shipping
Delivery to your home takes 2-4 weeks for in stock wall bed desks. Insurance is included and you will be called to arrange a convenient time.
Assembly required.
This wall bed desk requires assembly that will take about 3-4 hours with 2 people. We provide manuals, video guides, skype and phone support.
Wall Mounting Required
Homes have different wall structures and it is important to get the correct anchors for your wall. While most hardware is included in this we do require you purchase your own wall anchors for this reason. After you determine your wall type (Drywall, Brick, Concrete, Wood etc.) we can advise you on anchors or you can talk to your local hardware store or have your installer advise.
Mattress size
You can test out a mattress that suits your comfort level and lifestyle. This will fit any North American Queen Sized mattress under 10 inches in height. If you would like to leave your pillows on the bed and a thicker duvet we suggest an 8 inch mattress or under that makes more room for the bedding. If you don’t have a mattress yet or are looking for an upgrade we have some excellent compatible mattress options here. Finish
The modern wall bed is finished in glossy white on the outside. The inside back panel on this bed is in flat white, please note this. The desk is square with rounded corners and also replaceable. If you wanted to change the look over time you can add on your own surface very easily.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.
Import Duties, tariff & taxes
For the USA and Canada there are no duties or tariffs to pay as most products are already in our North American warehouses or we have factored them in. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For international shipment you might have import duties, tariffs or taxes based on your specific jurisdiction. Countries regularly change their rates and rules. If you reach out to us we can attempt to calculate them, and in some cases there are no duties or taxes for your region.
