The Adagio Loveseat offers superior luxurious comfort to you with its sink in soft pillows and smooth to the touch microfibre feel. The fabric itself is incredibly easy to keep clean and shows up beautifully even with fairly heavy use. The easy to remove fabric zippers off and can be spot washed or dry cleaned. Fantastic, neutral light grey color wears well and shows as a very elegant designer piece. Streamline sofa arms and back create a clean looking frame in which the plush goose feather filled cushions invite you to be enveloped and comforted. Spot clean with damp cloth. Use mild fabric cleaner or detergent soap, if needed. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleaches. Use a soft microfiber style cloth. Do not scrub fabric. Fabric can be fully unzipped and professionally cleaned if necessary.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

We got this sofa and the ottoman for our living room and and are extremely happy with it. Its very comfortable for two of us to sit on and its also very well made. The sofa and ottoman arrived really well packaged and took no time to set up. It also came with a set of wooden legs in case you need to raise the height, although we didn't find that necessary. We couldn't recommend Expand Furniture any more!
