Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

I have been trying for years to find the perfect table for my small condo’s dining room until at a friends and saw this table which we were playing cards at. There were 8 of us at this table. After a quick demo and I mean quick as this table is so simple to transform, I immediately ordered it. This counter top table is perfect for when there is just my husband and I and great for when we have guests.

Despite waiting almost 6 months for delivery, I’m happy with the table. The glossy white surface is a bit vulnerable to scratches, so be careful. The table is counter height as described but was a little taller than what I was expecting. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.
Just before we ordered the counter night set of expandable dining table and chairs, we called and talked to customer service at Expand Furniture. We found the Customer Service Department to be very friendly and helpful.
The items arrived in a timely manner. However, the table has a minor issue. I took a picture and emailed it to Expand Furniture. Customer Service responded very quickly with options to resolve the minor issue.
Overall, my wife and I like the design and fine workmanship of the set. We are especially impressed with the Customer Service Department.
