Junior Giant Edge - Modern Dining Table

Just received the Junior Giant Table as well as folding chairs and Mini Scatola. Products are great! Look great and are very versatile. A perfect solution for a space that can’t accommodate a big table. You can keep it small and then expand when you need.

I love how clean and modern this table looks. Sharp edges and angled corners really give it a very contemporary appearance. The fact that it opens to seat 10 is an added bonus. I did have a bit of difficulty opening the table and sliding it into position. The mechanism works perfectly however if you plan on moving the table to a different location you need to purchase some sortOf felt sliders to go underneath to facilitate an easy move. The table is very sturdy when opened. I am very happy with my purchase.

My table had arrived very fast but sadly it came with a damaged edge. The great thing was after I had sent pics over to customer service, the problem was resolved very fast. The replacement was delivered very fast too. As for the table quality, first it look beautiful and the legs are very firm even with full extension. My relatives were surprised by its transformation from a compacted console to large dining table. I had no regret purchasing this table.

This is a great addition to the house. The table is very well made and the mechanics around expansion are very solid. Works as advertised and is great if you want some flexibility in living space. One major flaw. There are no locking mechanisms on the leaves. The are designed to lock with pins that slide into holes. However they are simply not tight enough. I have 2 young children who move around quite a bit at table and or when you sit down the table can shift and create gaps between them easily. Due to this my wife is not a big fan of the table. However to me it is a minor inconvenience that could likely be solved by a minor design addition or changed. I did have to deal with the company due to a missed or delayed shipment date. However they were very responsive and accommodating.

The table is awesome. Great conversation piece and versatile. I can use it as a card table sized drink stand or a medium toad get dining table for parties or dinners in my small home. It allows me to keep the biggest room in the house as a livingroom day in day out. It’s gorgeous and the quality is amazing, very very well made. People always want to know about it and where I got it.
The only challenge is that it is very heavy and awkward to mange alone. I can’t move it by myself (I could but at the risk of my back and scraping the floor. So, setting up for a dinner as a single woman requires some planning to have a neighbor pop over. As a compact entry table, it’s very attractive. A great solution for my needs.

When we first laid eyes on the Junior Giant Edge table in Red Gloss, we were in love. We recently moved to a new home and were looking to update our dining table, while still keeping our living/dining spaces flexible. That's where Expand came in to solve our problems, and make our dining dreams come true. Not only is the Red Gloss very striking and a fine accent to any room, the sleek console table squares away nicely in its most compact configuration, and then easily transforms into a buffet table goliath or a mammoth gaming table, which is exactly what we were looking for.The customer service along the way as we asked questions and committed to a dining set without every having seen it or sat at it in person. Admittedly we were cautious and and everyone on the Expand team was great with communication at every step of the process. The table is easy to clean, and also our cat loves napping upon it. All in all, we're very very pleased with the Junior Giant Edge, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a modern table with outstanding flexibility and ease of use.

Table is absolutely beautiful. Arrived in first rate condition. Added bit of sophistication to our home. Thank you for being so careful.

Since it arrived at our place in Florida after we left for the season, have not opened it yet but am looking forward seeing it in November.

The functionality and sleek clean lines is awesome. Easy to move with the wheels. No assembly, shipping package was superb.
Just wished that the middle support could be designed to be rotated so it isn't a hindrance if using more than two extension leaves. Didn't seem to have an option to secure the extension leaves, so monkey hands love to pull the table apart. It's secure enough when put together, and the lack of this lockable helps me clean the grooves in between the extension leaves, which is nice. I like the clutter free look as a console but as dining table, the Cubist probably would have solved the minor issues above.

Sure... you could pay half the price or maybe even less than that for a cheap table at your typical furniture store. A table that would look OK and that in a few years you'll throw away because it couldn't last longer due to the poor build and material quality or because of his style doesn't look OK anymore.

OR you could buy a table from Expand furniture. A table for which you'll be struck at day one by the high build and material quality. A table that will last 2-3 time longer that your typical table, a table that in 5 years from now will still look amazing and be in perfect condition due once again to the high build and material quality. And at last a table that will turns heads and make your friends and family ask you "Where the heck did you manage to find this incredible table?".

I don't know about you but i made my choice and i don't regret any cents of it.

This was perfect for our lake house! Had all the kids over for thanksgiving worked perfect and when we finished tucked it all away!!

When we recently moved, we vowed not to have another big, bulky dining table that we rarely used taking up space in our new home. Very happy we found Expand Furniture. The Junior Giant Edge table fits our home and lifestyle perfectly and beautifully. It goes from an eye catching console focal point to a sturdy and elegant looking dining table in a couple minutes with miniscule effort. We had some issues with damage during transit to Arizona which was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction due to exemplary customer service and communication from Adam and Camilla.

Beautiful table, high quality, and the color is gorgeous. Awesome functionality (can collapse to essentially an end table that can be tucked away in a corner or expand to full size dining table, and everything in between) in a sleek, modern design.

Works great for our condo, easy to drop in a few more sections for a larger dinner

Leaf colors are not an exact match, but table is solid and easy to get ready.

We love our Junior Giant Edge table. In fact we are redecorating our living room, new paint, new furniture, etc. and using the red table as our new focal point. We are disappointed to find a couple of knicks in the paint...white is showing through. It's not desperate enough to have returned the table, however, we would be most appreciative if you could send a small can of the paint used so that we can touch it up. Thank you. I recently purchased the Junior Giant Edge. Adam and Jared provided excellent service and took great care when delivering and setting up the table for me.It is a beautiful console and when expanded to seat four fits perfectly in my condo. Having the option to expand further to seat either 6 or 8 is great when entertaining. I love my dining table

Great Service, great people, great price. Adam and Jared went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase. What we love the most is the fact that we can hide the table in the corner, and transform our dining room into a living room and vice versa. It definitely beats having to move to a larger apartment.

Other things worth mentioning:
1. Curbside delivery - minor issue with a flatform cart and an elevator. While the shipping weight is listed at 170lbs, but it really isn't. The packing was so well done, everything was fully protected.
2. Four leaf extension - the Goliath table is longer (5 leaves), but if that's an issue, look no further than the Tiny Titan.

Aside than that, the table has exceeded my expectations!
