Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA, Canadian and EU customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.
Import Duties, tariff & taxes
For the USA and Canada there are no duties or tariffs to pay as most products are already in our North American warehouses or we have factored them in. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For European customers duties and taxes are included on Compatto, Hover, MurphySofa, Cubist, Arcova, Bunk Beds, Sofa Bunks and products with EU or Euro in the titles.
For international shipment you might have import duties, tariffs or taxes based on your specific jurisdiction. Countries regularly change their rates and rules. If you reach out to us we can attempt to calculate them, and in some cases there are no duties or taxes for your region.

We got this as we are hosting Christmas and needed a table that seats 10-12 people. We didn't want a table that huge all year round though. This is ABSOLUTELY perfect! We were looking at a different table that "transforms" but saw some reviews mentioning the top was very rough in texture. This table is as smooth as glass! 10/10 recommend!! Oh, if you are worried about it being damaged in shipping, everything comes with 1.25 inches of Styrofoam around it. Packaged VERY well!

I have to be honest, I was thinking about the other brand of size changing table for a very long time, but was always put off by how many bad reviews there were of the product and their customer service.
After some research online, I found Expand furniture, and was amazed by how many good reviews there were of the furniture and the customer service being amazing.
I went ahead and decided to take the risk, and holy cannoli, the risk was well worth it. Everything was packaged so well, nothing was damaged during shipping. Shipping was so quick to Arizona! The process of appointment setting and the shipping company were pleasant, easy to work with, and kept to the appointment time.
While it would have been easier to unpack with 2 people, my husband was out of town so I was able to unpack the coffee table, the jr giant dining table, and the bench by myself.
The only thing we are having some difficulty with is the installation of the mirror to hide the table panels. You cannot built it then install it, you have to know where you want to install it on the wall first.
The bench was really difficult to open, but it ended up just being a piece of styrofoam inside had shifted, so it was in the way. But once that was fixed, it slid open quite easily.
The table itself is built so well, and slides very easily. The table panels are heavy and excellent quality. The glossy finish is very nice.
The chairs are good quality and comfortable to sit in. I really like the curved back piece, it makes it extra comfortable.
If you're debating it, GO FOR IT. You're worth the investment!

I love the space saving Junior Giant – Extending Table Transformer Seats 12. The finishing is very good and I love the bench too. Though I have paid about CAD6000 for the table and 2 benches, I am very happy with the product. Now just waiting for my free table and storage to come.

We love our new Junior Giant and Pendulum Chairs from Expand Furniture! The customer service team and especially Reed has been outstanding...he has been so patient with me and answered each of my many questions and has been so open and willing to help. The shipping was so much faster than expected and the table arrived in perfect condition. We love it, the quality is great, shipping was great and we didn’t have to setup anything really. The only downside is the styrofoam, which we cannot recycle and have to get rid off over a couple of weeks.
