Returns
- North American customers: Try the product for 7 days if it does not work for you, you are welcome to initiate a return. The product must be in the original condition and we require original packaging for safe transport. 15% restock fee on returns. We take care of the transport.
- Worldwide Customers outside of North America: Sales are final due to heavily subsidized delivery costs.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

I’ve used a few standing desks before at studios where I have worked and so far this is my favourite. The materials are high quality, it is very sturdy and feels solid, it looks very nice and professional and the instructions to put it together are very clear. It is really easy to use and program and the transition between heights is really smooth, I really like the fact that you can program different heights so then you can just press a button and get exactly what you need. The desk fits two monitors comfortably, it feels very spacious, just the right size for my apartment.
I’m very happy and satisfied with this purchase, I’m going to recommend it to my colleagues that work from home. Paired with a good chair, it makes working more enjoyable. To have a comfortable space to work from home has made such a big difference in my productivity.
