Spot clean with damp cloth, add mild fabric cleaner or detergent if needed. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleaches. Use a soft microfiber style cloth and do not scrub fabric.

100 % Polyester fabric make our designer couches immensely comfortable and are great for durability and wiping away minor spills. Included are 3 cushions in Sky Grey, Dusty Blue and a Black & White Checkered pattern.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.

Great couch. Love the interchangeable options

We were looking for a low profile couch for our low-ceilinged basement. The fact that we can re-configure the lay out made it even more attractive. I was skeptical that the pieces would separate, but they don’t at all. The extra wide seating has given us an extra sleeping spot for when our kids visit. Great quality and so comfortable. Ordering was easy, service was excellent and delivery quick. I was also pleased to be supporting a Canadian company.

What I love most about the Stratus Sofa is the flexibility. Turns out the living room space in my condo was actually much smaller than I thought it would be to fit the entire Stratus sofa. But the beauty was separating one part of the sectional to turn into a single couch/recliner and it just made my living room even more complete. The fact that it includes a lot of cushions sweetens this particular sofa. Definitely recommend!
