Overall, it functions very well, the hydraulic legs make raising and lowering the table easy while also providing strong support at any height. The wheels on one side allow it to be moved around the room, but could be improved upon with larger wheels to make it a bit smoother. The color of the table top was a bit lighter than expected for Walnut, but the build quality is good, as well as the hinges. I would give 5 stars overall, but what’s holding me back is the actual size of the top. It could use about 1”-1.5” increase in size both in length and width while folded. There is barely an overhang, which makes eating off of it while folded, like when it’s just two people eating, very difficult. I wound up replacing the top with an old knock off transforming table that we bought to see if this purchase would be used. Now it’s perfect.

The perfect table for my condo - the white glass matches upscale appliances and is beautiful to use and look at. Coffee table, work table, dinner for 4 ... so glad I purchased it! Sturdy, and a breeze to move around and raise/lower. Brilliant!

We are using this table in our rec room as a games table. It glides up and down easily with the lever, and I love that it can be put at any height we choose, so we can use it while sitting on our low couch or when we’re sitting on regular height chairs. My only complaint is that the table is quite heavy (a lot heavier than we were expecting). We therefore don’t let our kids store it away up on its end, and we don’t let them wheel it back out and set it down on the ground because we are worried it might slip from their hands. The table we bought has a glass top, so perhaps the ones without the glass top are a lot lighter. But all in all, we are very happy with the table!

A lot of people don't have space for a dining room table AND a coffee table. Why are there so few options for furniture that can do both?! This was by far the best option I found, and I haven't been disappointed. Quality is great unfolded and folded, and customer service has been very responsive.

I love my transforming table V4. It can be easily converted from a coffee table to dining table. I live in a small condo apartment and this is very convenient for me as it saves lots of space and makes my condo look more specious. It is also well made and looks great with Stratus sofa also purchased from Expand Furniture. I will be buying more products from Expand Furniture. Delivery was also impeccable. Great service overall.

I love my table, all the infinite heights and the fact I can open it and have 4 people for a sit down dinner! Magic!

This little table is well-made and performs as represented. It's a great flexible table that can serve well as coffee, side and/or dining table. My single (minor) complaint is that it transforms less easily on carpet than smooth, hard flooring - even low pile carpet. Not recommended for high pile carpet and apart from that a wonderful transforming table.

It’s the perfect size for my condo, and the flexibility of the heights it’s just amazing

I was hesitant because of the hefty price tag, but I'm glad I bit the bullet. This table is wonderful in a small space, is easy to use, and looks great. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

During the pandemic I was regularly taking over the living room, because it had the best light in the house. It was a pain to restore the room each evening, because the folding table was kept elsewhere. The folding chair and additional table top (that increases the height to a standing desk) hide snugly behind the curtains. Keyboard, mouse and laptop holder are stored in the bench seat under the window. Eventually I’ll upgrade the TV brackets to one that goes up and down as well.

I love how the my computer table can now be stored in plain sight when the space isn’t in “work mode”.

This table is almost everything I hoped for. It looks pretty good but I do wish the mechanisms were a little more sleek and subtle (the handle and red release button show and don’t match the overall look at least for the white & gold version). The “down” motion is for not super smooth - it requires me placing almost my entire body weight on top to get it moving when placed on a very thin rug. On hard surfaces it is easier but still a bit difficult and risks scratching the floor. Up works perfectly though. The glass top has a small crack after regular use after a few months which is disappointing. Overall, this is a very niche product that I’m glad exists and I was willing to splurge since there are not many options for this type of furniture out there, but I hope the price point drops eventually.

Product improvement suggestions:
-Have a brake system in place to stop the table from moving around while in use
-Would be handy to have wheels on both ends of the table
-When the white table opens up, the silver finish of the hinges takes away from the visual appeal

I struggled while furnishing my living room because I wanted both a coffee table and a dining table, but my living room is very small. This was absolutely perfect, looks good as a coffee table, and easy to convert when I have company over. A little expensive, and I wish it was made of real wood, but better than everything else on the market

We researched for months before settling on this table. Our apartment doesn’t have room enough for a table because we wanted enough sofa seating so guests are comfortable. This table is the answer. We’ve hosted small dinners (four of us) and usually sit around the table for hours after eating. It’s a brilliant little table.

I originally purchased the Transforming Table Space Saver 3 - Slim Evolved for my very tiny living room. I use it for the coffee table and a dining table since i don't have a dining area. It is well made, stylish and substantial! I loved it so much I ordered another one for my guest bedroom that I use as a desk and/or coffee table. It is great because it slides right under the murphy bed when I need the room for guest sleeping. Two amazing purchases! The expand furniture staff is very cooperative and can't do enough for you. I would HIGHLY recommend their product!!

Overall, the quality of the table is great!!! Although we had a problem with the table, the customer service was so great, the small problem became no problem at all. Adam was pleasant to deal with and ensured we are 100% satisfied with the table. I would definitely purchase with them again.
