I purchase the Transforming Table 4 and it’s been one of our favourite furniture pieces - very functional and high quality; have gotten many compliments on it! Delivery was also very quick - very satisfied and highly recommend!

My family and I purchased this table roughly 10 years ago, and it is still holding strong, even after having young kids sitting, jumping and climbing on it! The sturdiness of the table has been so clear year after year. What has really impressed us, though, is the customer service at Expand Furniture. Recently, one of the pistons that helps raise and lower the table sprung a leak, and was no longer functional. I wrote to the company with distant hopes that they could help in some way, and they were not only responsive, but offered to ship out a brand new set of pistons free of charge the very next day! I've rarely come across such a supportive and responsive company, and for a product that I purchased over 10 years ago. Then, when I discovered the new pistons didn't fit, they shipped out replacement units the next day again! I cannot recommend Expand Furniture highly enough, if not for the customer service alone. It just so happens that this table from them is also rock solid and very high quality. Thanks Expand Furniture team for being so great!

This product is conceptually awesome. It is a great way to get a small space to do multiple things with low friction to change between desk and bed. I have some feedback:

- design is great
- engineering and process controls need to be improved
- assembly instructions need improvement
- support request was unanswered after several days
- i expected better for the high price tag

More:
- it didnt come with a lot of screws it needed for mounting the wall brackets to the unit or mounting the catch
- the holes on the revolving unit did not align properly to the holes in the shelves; this required me to drill them out. This was annoying and i expect better from an expensive product
- the tolerancing of the bed frame is off and it was difficult to get the pistons properly attached
- there are other places where i think hole and slot locating should have been used to soak up tolerance from build variation
- my floor was very warped and making it work with shims was very challenging

Very good purchase!

I work for a non-profit organization; we need an item that was versatile. We now are able to have meetings on these couches and use them in out haven room. A place where a mother and her children can escape an abuse situation for the night. We are so grateful to have found this company and would highly recommend. The customer service was amazing and fast when inquiring about different products!

I love this bench and the cushions that come with it. Guests are always shocked by how far it can expand and how unexpectedly comfortable it is. I especially love that it tucks away under the matching table when not it use.

I have owned this table for a few months now and have used it for 3-12 people. The table is very sturdy, easy to expand and toddler friendly. Guests compliment it every time.

I purchased the single horizontal Murphy. The style, functionality, design, finishing… all top notch.
The mattress is very firm, as in very firm, and I purchased a 1.5” memory foam from Canadian Tire. I’d rather it be firm as it will last. As well, you can soften a firm mattress but you can’t firm up something soft (not with a Murphy).
Anyway, the extra topper material easily tucks inside and makes the bed even wider. As well, you can leave it on the bed when you close it. And, the headboard fits under the mattress when not in use! That was a great discovery.

Buy the headboard: it fits beautifully; is material covered and a little flexible, and nicely padded (not just a board on little hinges). I couldn’t get exact info on the headboard, even when at the showroom, so I was very pleased when it arrived.

The bed is packed with enough wrapping to build a serious fort! Damage was not, nor could it possibly be, an issue. The builders really take the time to ensure its arrival is problem free.
I used the company’s suggested go-to guy to build the bed. He was awesome and well worth the few extra dollars. Yes; there are handy home-owners, but put your ego aside and do not attempt this build!

From the initial phone call to my visits to the showroom to product delivery and installation, I have nothing but praise.

We love this table, and the coffee table which stores the leaves. It sits elegantly by the window, and when the hordes invade, it opens up and allows us to have one large table with everyone at it. And it looks great!

This is perfect for entertaining a large group of guests! Love that it can be easily tucked away when not needed. Much more flexible and visually appealing than folding chairs. Very sturdy but easy to move around as it has wheels at the bottom. We gave it a lot of thought due to the price but we're very happy with the purchase!

We love the bed

After 3 years of daily use, it is still very sturdy. The pillows are stuffed with feathers, so nice but they slowly come out and feel spikey. Not great for back support as a bed or a couch. Still really good overall.

Wow. Love this table. It came delivered in the most secure packaging ever! Easy to put together. I love the look and the style! it is perfect in our space..I may never close it!!!!

We got this last week and to say we are obsessed is an understatement. It came in many boxes and put together so fast and easy. You’d never know it came in boxes. Fabric is so comfortable and the couch looks very sleek!

Love my table! It's sturdy and heavy, almost too heavy. Only downside I've seen so far is that l can see a bit of the mechanism underneath the table from my sunken living room, but otherwise an excellent product.

All particle board which was fine except in multiple instances (especially shelves) random holes wouldn’t line up. Assembly is self explanatory but instructions were lacking and didn’t correlate to box numbers which meant unboxing everything at the same time which caused a ton of extra mess. Value is nowhere near what I paid for it.
