The Cadence Coffee table can support heavier weights when in closed potion and when the top is lifted and extended, it will naturally carry less weight. This extended weight load is great for working on your laptop or eating a meal but it is not intended to hold heavy items when extended.

Absolutely love this table, perfect height when lifted for working at, easy to clean surface (I watercolor paint on it and everything just wipes right off) lovely low profile when it’s down. Lift and lower action is so smooth I can do it with full water glasses on it without spilling.
We’ve used the table for everything from building LEGOs to hosting a dinner party at our studio co do. The hydraulic lift makes it easy to adjust the height and adds that great storage compartment to hide remotes and games. We absolutely love the white tabletop, which contrasts nicely with our hardwood floors and gives our Art Deco studio a hint of modern.
