Operating the table:
- Simply lift up the table (it will have some resistance) and after it is about half way up it will self-lift up (if you have heavy items you might need to assist or guide a bit).
- On the way down you should guide the table down all the way. Do not lean heavily on the extended portion as it could tip. Do not sit or stand on the table.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA, Canadian and EU customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.
Import Duties, tariff & taxes
For the USA and Canada there are no duties or tariffs to pay as most products are already in our North American warehouses or we have factored them in. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For European customers duties and taxes are included on Compatto, Hover, MurphySofa, Cubist, Arcova, Bunk Beds, Sofa Bunks and products with EU or Euro in the titles.
For international shipment you might have import duties, tariffs or taxes based on your specific jurisdiction. Countries regularly change their rates and rules. If you reach out to us we can attempt to calculate them, and in some cases there are no duties or taxes for your region.

Love this table. Perfect height to use as a work table with laptop and second monitor. So compact and functional. Very happy with our purchase.
Absolutely love this table, perfect height when lifted for working at, easy to clean surface (I watercolor paint on it and everything just wipes right off) lovely low profile when it’s down. Lift and lower action is so smooth I can do it with full water glasses on it without spilling.
The Cadence mini table is everything we expected. Easy to assemble. Excellent looking, well built piece of furniture. Works perfectly for us as a work (or eating) table when in the raised position.
Great looking table. It's perfect for working from the couch or even from a regular chair.
Unfortunately, the plastic wedges preventing the table to be wobbly fell off, and I had to glue them back, as well as add some height to one to level the table.
Super easy to assemble.
Would have been great to be able to choose different height though rather than just fully extended.

Lifting mechanism is high quality and more solid than other lift tops. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve lifted it everyday multiple times. We will see how it holds up over time. I was expecting a bit more substantial top surface but it’s still awesome.
The table is really made and easy to use!
The product was exactly as described and lifts to exactly the height we needed for our sofa. This smaller version of the Cadence was perfect for our small space.
Functional and the perfect size for a small city apartment. The glass legs make it look chic! No problem with the mechanism at all and we've been using it almost on a daily basis for the last two months.
