Table feels sturdy and heavy enough for stability. Looks great closed against the wall. A plastic pin broke off in shipping but they were quick on sending me a replacement.
Would love to see version 3 with a mechanism that compresses the table sections together when you turn the middle bracket (inner legs), and opens a gap for easy release of table sections when you close the legs. However, still stays in place as it is, and feels strong as a new table. Will have to see if it stays tight enough as the parts wear off. I recommend it and I would buy it again! Black wood.

Expanda console with contained extensions
This was an excellent buy for my small space. It is as pictured. It was a simple quick set up. The finish is rich. I had a dinner party and my guest sat comfortable. We love the console - we used the table with 2 leaves for Jewish holidays and loved it! When we put the leaves away it's a great small desk for me for work! Leaves are very easy to store! Perfect for apartment living.

Best Little Table EVER!
I had been shopping for an expandable table for a while and actually went into Resource Furniture in Los Angeles to explore options. I almost bought a table for double the price but the quality wasn't half as good. I was skeptical to order online, but this table is made extremely well, functions exactly as promised and looks amazing. Rarely does an online purchase exceed my expectations but this little table blew me away. I will use it as a console table, a desk, a craft table and when I need an extra table!
