Harmony - King Sofa bed with Memory Foam

We bought the Harmony King Sofa Sleeper a little over two years ago, and it has been an excellent purchase. It’s been used many times as a guest bed, and we constantly get compliments on how comfortable it is. The memory foam mattress and platform-style base make a huge difference compared to traditional sofa sleepers with the uncomfortable bar frame — our guests actually sleep well on this one.

The main reason I wanted to write this review, though, is the incredible customer service we’ve received over the past two years. When the sofa first arrived, the slipcover for the back was too small. I emailed customer service, and they immediately sent the correct cover with no hassle. About two years later, a couple of the platform pieces cracked, and again they shipped replacement parts right away at no cost. More recently, the back stopped ratcheting into place properly, and they sent a replacement for that as well — also free of charge.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this level of customer support is rare these days and absolutely deserves to be recognized. It’s clear they stand behind their product, and that means a lot.

We put this in our entertainment room to provide for an extra bed when company visits, and it easily ticks all the boxes as both a couch and a bed.

But the biggest win is the ability to turn it half-way into bed mode while leaving the part that forms the seat-back portion of the couch up. The back can even be adjusted to get just the right angle here. Now we can settle in for a movie marathon or binge watching in maximum comfort with all the leg room of a king size bed, but with a proper seat-back set at just the right angle.

This sleep sofa looks very nice and is comfortable to sit on. It is easy to set up and seems like it will be comfortable to sleep on. I haven’t had company to try it out for a full night but a quick test found it comfortable. I am a 72 year old woman and I was able to assemble it myself.

At first we were a little skeptical because the package arrived damaged. We assembled our new couch and we absolutely love it. I will say that foam is on the firm side but the couch has not shown any signs of sagging after constant use. We highly recommend this product and company.

We haven't yet used the bed but it's a great sofa. It was a bit complicated to set up but the videos helped a lot.

Both my husband(6’4”) and I have unfolded this sofa for two months and had a great nights sleep. It doesn’t bounce when one of us gets up or is restless. We look foreword to moving to our permanent home and a bed that is easier to get in and out of but this has been an excellent bridge. Much much better than a traditional fold out!

This couch is comfortable and has a wide seat. Something to be aware of is that when the couch is in the couch position you can see a large gap the size of a gigantic apple the shows the white mattress underneath where the back of the couch and seat meet.

We got bought the Harmony King Sofa bed to replace our couch and enable us to have family stay over. It’s great! We’ve never bought any furniture online before so this felt risky but we were able to visit the Vancouver office to try out the couch for comfort. Its is very comfortable as a couch and as a bed. The memory foam feels quite firm but suits us and you do sink into it’s memory foam-ness. We love the size of the couch seat, nice and roomy. The back can be set in a variety of angles to suit lounging preferences which is nice. It take a little practice to open it into a bed but after a few times it’s smooth and easy. It’s nice that it can be a single bed without unfolding at all because the seat is long and deep. Half unfolded makes a good double bed too. Option are great. Over all very happy with this couch which suits are small space very well and isn’t overwhelming in size.

We absolutely loved this sofa bed- but a week after we put it together our house was flooded during hurricane harvey and it was submerged in flood waters. My son and dog slept on it until we had to go in our attic. There was no saving it, but it was a great sofa bed. Incredibly comfortable to sleep on.

It’s not very comfortable as a couch, and for its price, I would have expected the unit to arrive already put together.

I love this unique king mattress pull out couch. It’s elegantly designed and is a comfortable sitting couch and when pulled out into a bed it is very comfortable and soft . I slept great . I would definitely recommend this product for people who need a king bed but also need the room set up as a family room.

When we built our house, my wife and I knew that we wanted a combination media/guest room. Having a sleeper couch was going to be a must. The Harmony King was perfect for our needs and is fantastic. Really good as both a couch and a bed. Yes, it is firm and that is what we wanted.

Unlike most sleepers, the bed is extremely comfortable to sleep on. The usage of flat wood slats instead of metal is such a boon!
