Although we primarily operate in Canada and the United States, we do have the ability to ship most products worldwide, including Europe and Asia. Please note, some products and countries require custom quotes to determine shipping costs. If you're shopping from outside North America, please contact us by phone or email; once we've determined the shipping cost to your location, we can process your order.
Certain larger items, such as Italian Wall Beds or MurphySofa Wall beds, require custom shipping quotes. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping, in rare circumstances such as a product being shipped to a remote location. Please contact us for more details.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Shipping (EU Customers)
EU customers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.
Custom or built to order products are not returnable.
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including any postage, courier charges, export customs fees, or handling charges required to return the goods from your country.
Orders are shipped under Incoterms® 2020 CPT (Carriage Paid To). Import VAT, duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the checkout price and must be paid by you as the Importer of Record.

7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA, Canadian and EU customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. Rest assured with our satisfaction guarantee, if you aren’t overjoyed with something, let us know and we will be at your service.
For the USA and Canada there are no duties or tariffs to pay as most products are already in our North American warehouses or we have factored them in. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For European customers duties and taxes are included on Compatto, Hover, MurphySofa, Cubist, Arcova, Bunk Beds, Sofa Bunks and products with EU or Euro in the titles.
For international shipment you might have import duties, tariffs or taxes based on your specific jurisdiction. Countries regularly change their rates and rules. If you reach out to us we can attempt to calculate them, and in some cases there are no duties or taxes for your region.
