Some Assembly required
This product mostly assembled but you need to attach the legs and storage panels to the table top. We include the wrench and Allan key. Expect about 30-45 minutes to put it together.
Table usage
This outdoor table is intended for use on even surfaces such as a wood deck, porch, or patio. Not for use on unstable ground or rugged surfaces or uneven surfaces. This table can withstand temperatures of -4°F (-20°C) and +158°F (70°C) and is waterproof but we strongly suggest using the provided cover for long term protection. (if you leave this in the rain over night this is fine, but if you leave this exposed to rain or sun long term it eventually will see wear)
Warranty
3 year warranty on mechanics and hardware. Surfaces are advised to be covered from weather protection for best long term results. While the materials we built this with are water proof, over time the sun and rain can wear at any surface and so we require covering this for long term durability.
Returns
As this is an outdoor product which will be exposed to moisture and other elements we can’t accept returns back as it can’t go back in the packaging. Please measure carefully and make sure this suits your space well. This product must be used on an even surface.
Cleaning options
We suggest for best results to use mild soap and water with a micro-soft cloth. You can use a hose on it to clean. There is no need to use abrasive cleaning products or chemicals.

Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product.
