Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?
Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?
7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.
Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.
Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What is the Quality Guarantee?
We pride ourselves on the quality of every item we carry, we work very hard to make sure we only have the best. We back this up by offering lifetime warranties on our telescopic table and Murphy Bed Frame mechanisms as well as an exceptional 5 year store wide warranty on all product hardware.
Even if somehow something went wrong after the warranty period is over, we will be happy to try and send any replacement parts at cost, or for free if we are able to. Most products are built to be modular and repairable to extend the product lifecycle. We carry spare parts and if we don’t have it in stock, often we can make the parts needed for your product. I bought the soft cube contemporary 3 piece sectional to replace our worn sofa. I loved it so much I ordered the love seat. Super comfortable and very well made. I have a weird shaped living room space and nothing has never really worked before. I’m so happy with my purchase! Service and delivery was awesome too. Highly recommend.

I ordered The Soft Cube: Love Seat 2 person Sofa. It is a modular sofa so you can put the two pieces together to make a love seat, or separate them into a single corner seat. The couch is comfy but sturdy, and the seat cushion has bounce to it. The fabric is nice looking, the texture also feels good. Each corner piece weighs about 60 lbs. so it is fairly easy to lift or slide around if needed. I paid $1500 and it was well worth the price. This couch feels and looks well made. I'm glad I purchased this love seat!
As far as the shipping goes this item was well packaged! Each corner piece was in it's own box, with bubble wrap all surrounding it on the inside. The sofa seats come fully assembled, apart from the feet which are easy to screw on if you'd like. The feet add about 2 inches to the height of the couch, and make the couch slide around easier. I received my order in a little less than 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend buying The Soft Cube Modular Sofa!

I was looking for a small sofa to compliment the Boost lifting coffee table I had bought several months ago. The Soft Cube system appealed to me due to it’s flexibility and understated style. I decided to go with the 2 seat option to start with to see how it fits into my small living room. I couldn’t be happier with the product ... it looks great, the fabric seems very durable ... and most importantly, it has the perfect amount of firmness to offer both support and comfort. Even the 2 seat option has enough space to take a nap if needed. The assembly was simple ... the feet lined up perfectly with the predrilled holes ... just a nod to the care taken when putting this product together. As before with the table, Expand was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to purchasing the next items on my list.
