Do you deliver inside? Up stairs?

Yes most products will be delivered inside your home provided you have an elevator or ground access, sometimes curbside is our only option without excess fees. If you have stairs please let us know ahead of time before you order as we need to make special arrangements.

What is your return policy?

7 day trial with easy returns on most products
We expect our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we understand things won’t always work as planned so we created a flexible policy. Details below.

Returns: For USA & Canadian customers we accept returns on all stocked tables, chairs and sofa modules provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.

Ineligible items: We do not accept returns on custom order products, clearance items, or items that can be slept on including Murphy Beds (wall beds), mattresses.

Return fees: We charge a simple 15% fee on any returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Classy and functional

This Canadian made Queen storage bed is so much better than the many other alternatives I researched. The entire bed is well made and the appearance is very high end. The real decision point for me was the 13” deep storage underneath, the extra space is huge! It is very easy to open and close. I hired a local furniture assembler and he had no difficulty putting it together. Highly recommend!

Great quality and service

I was in need of a bed that provided the maximum storage as my apartment does not have any storage.. I researched so many beds, the Revel Side Lift Queen Bed was the perfect choice. The bed came quick and the delivery guys called ahead to make sure someone was home. This bed is high quality and provides an amazing amount of storage! It took about 2 hours to assemble, but the instructions were forward and customer service was very responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this bed to friends.

Great bed

Lots of storage, easy to use, and well made.

There were several screws missing from the package. After some back and forth, and a few reminders, they were eventually sent a few days later.

The instructions, and the diagrams within, are not very clear. It's a bit easier if you have your own tools. Expect it to take a long time, especially if you've only built Ikea before.

All in all, I strongly recommend this product!

Meets our need as we hoped for but building it and can be a bit tough

It's a fantastic product and of fantastic quality. It's been holding up well (and I love no squeaking sounds) and the storage room is quite ample. Functionally and aesthetically it gets a 5/5

One feedback from me is that building it can be quite a chore. In particular the location where some of the bolts need to be inserted into can be a bit challenging with an allen key (such as very near the corner, or obstructed by the other parts). Moreover, when it came there was one hole on the head board that wasn't exposed, it was still covered by the cloth on the headboard. And the wood for that same hole wasn't yet shaved. Thankfully, the hole was indeed large and the remaining food soft enough such that the bolts can still be screwed. But that was definitely one part where the delivery quality didn't hold up to excellence

But overall, I'm still a very happy customer and the product itself can't be faulted

Expand Bed Frame

I'm so glad I went with this. I was looking at a few other cheaper alternatives, but this offered the deepest space. As the saying goes, a couple extra inches can make a big difference ;)

The assembly is rock solid and the hydraulic lift makes it easy to take up and down. Easy 5 stars.
